Great stay before cruise.
We stayed the night before our cruise. Perfect location, clean hotel and bar/restaurant. Check in and out was easy. This is a great budget hotel for the night. If staying with your children or need more privacy, look at pics of the “bathroom” before booking.

Great stay!
Clean, friendly, confortable and good location. Very close to shops, bars, bayfront park. Good food and drinks in hotel bar, which also offers a weekday happy hour. Pool and hot tub is also great. Our only complaint is that the room was very light on towels, however, they did provide more when we asked. Also the toilet and shower are glass cubicals in the room so not as private as a full ensuite. Would stay here again.

The room was very small and I did not realize that the shower and toilet aren’t in a separate room. The guy we spoke to when we first arrived was not at all friendly. The young bell hop guy was super friendly and helpful! He was just a happy guy.

Absurd price for minimal room.
Terrible experience. Rooms are tiny with no real privacy for bathroom or shower. Bathroom door in room would not close. Shower felt closer to a stall at a public gymnasium then a hotel bathroom. No coffee pot in room. Given the price per night the value of the stay was absolutely atrocious. Could have stayed in someone's basement at a B&B for half the price and twice the comfort.

Yotel actually was a very nice hotel. The only thing that bothered me was there was no place to sit other than the bed. The rooms are small and I don’t necessarily like the twin beds, but it was a very nice hotel. Food was good. Drinks were good. I would stay here again just not in the twin room.

Would stay there again
We checked in after our cruise; our flight wasn't until 11 pm, so we didn't stay the night. However, it was chaos at the port and when we showed up at the hotel it was jam-packed with people leaving to board their cruise. The front desk was very busy, but the staff was very friendly, checked us in quickly (and even managed to get us an early check-in). The rooms are modern, which probably isn't for everyone, but my group liked it. We used the Pool and Hot tub and enjoyed a beverage at the pool bar. Location was great, close to everything (including the port - we ended up walking from port to hotel as the Taxi line was crazy. I'd stay there again next time I'm in Miami as it was clean, modern, decent price and close to stuff.

Disappointed
This is a decent hotel but not worth the almost $400 a night. Bartenders at entrance were friendly but not good especially with a top shelf beverage. Our room was clean but no hand towels or Kleenex. Very quick stay for boarding ship today.

Good stay for basic needs & location
A good stay that was worth the money we paid. Pluses of our stay: great location, fast check-in, restaurant in the lobby, and it felt pretty clean and safe. They also gave us beach towels. Downsides: walls are very thin and we could hear neighbors in the room next to us and people in the hallway.

Good location
Great location in downtown Miami with a good sized room. Only downside was that the air con was restricted and so overnight it was a little uncomfortable trying to sleep. Bar downstairs sells coffee and pasties, but I wouldn’t recommend as they were very overpriced and stale.

Modern but small room for price
The location is what we were looking for since we had a cruise to get on the next morning. The room was modern but layout was very weird. There was no separation from the wash area to the bed. The room needs some kind of rug/carpeting to prevent echo in the room. Overall, the bed was comfortable and just about the only thing we liked about the room. The cost of the one night was definitely too high for the size room we got.
