The location was perfect. Not in a crowded city but in a charming smaller town. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the train station and easy flat road to walk with luggage. Staff was kind, room was clean and quiet, food at dinner was excellent. A two minute walk to fabulous restaurants and directly across the street from the beach. It was an older property with old world charm. We highly recommend!!

However, I believe the property is in need of significant renovations, particularly in the area of plumbing. The hotel was very nice. Our room was 101 and although it was comfortable and clean, the constant noise of water from toilets flushing day and night. We asked to change room on the 1st but were told the hotel was full. The room description was “courtyard view” which was not was as described
