    Glampling Trip!

The desk staff were very help and accommodating. The cabin was spacious and clean, but the couch did not suit the room. There were five of us and the couch only sate two people. On top of that the couch was one of the most uncomfortable couches I have ever been on. We eventually had to go to the room and lie on the bed to watch TV as the couch was so unconformable.

    Family get away

I like the location and the beautiful view from our windows. No other cabins blocking the mountains. Our room was worn out with the couch and chairs. We were suppose to have 3 queen beds, but the downstairs bed felt more like a double. Our room smelled very smoke from the fireplace, even though we never used it. All my cloths and luggage smelled of smoke when we returned. I did appreciate that only on family could book either the pool or hot tub for the visit, which meant your family actually got to enjoy it, where most hotel have you call in advance or at 7am and then spots are all filled by 8am.

Staff were great, helpful and friendly. Rooms smelled bad of smoke and the fireplace was a great idea but made the room smoky all night because of poor air flow.

Won’t be in a hurry to return.

Stayed from a Wednesday to Saturday. Have stayed here many times, but not for a few years. The units are starting to get somewhat run down. There wasn’t enough parking in front of the units. The loft suits were not great as they offer minimal privacy and separation. The prices are quite high for the size of the units and go up significantly with the larger units. There is no advantage to getting a bigger suite for more guests. The smell of soot and wood smoke was very strong in the units we were in. Hot tub use was limited to one use per stay which was frustrating.

The staff at this hotel are incredible, so friendly and accommodating. The lady at reception was willing to give us an early check in when weather had changed our plans, and also offered us a late checkout so we could book the hot tub. The hot tub is amazing, it was so nice to have it to ourselves with the booking system. The rooms are also quite nice, but I don’t think anyone should count on sleeping on the futon. The fireplace in the room was great to have, and there is plenty of firewood available for you! I highly recommend staying here!

The pictures are false advertising, the co do was so small, it’s supposed to fit 10 people but only person in the kitchen, it didn’t fit most of the groceries bought. The stove was very tiny and only one oven rack. The rug was visibly dirty and some parts sticky, we didn’t have a mountain view and the parking was terrible, very squishy and not designed for trucks. We used the bbq’s that worked good, you see wild life walking around. Oh and you get only 25 minutes of swimming time and that doesn’t include the hot tube, you need to book that separate.
