Poorly managed, extremely bad facility. The staff quality, hospitality notion were very bad. It is quite disappointing to see Hilton brand in such a shape.

I wouldn't repeat the previous reviews with respect to uncleanliness etc. My major issue was the escape staircases that were used as storage!!! all the landings were full of old furniture and the steps were piled up with service trays and dishes. I reported this to the reception immediately and explained the life safety risk in an emergency situation i.e. fire. They said they will sort it out but unfortunately, it just got worse over the week. I might be fine with other disappointing issues of the resort but I don't recommend anyone to risk their lives in an unsafe building.

we stayed for 3 nights with my wife. Our room was not cleaned for 3 nights, we needed to ask for basic staff like shampoo etc from staff. Staff was speaking loudly in the early mornings so no holiday sleep. Sea and beach are excellent though.

Akşam yemeği dahil paket almama rağmen tek seçenekli bir menü ile geçiştirildi. Temizlikten tamamen yoksun bir işletme aynı zamanda fiziki unsurlarının da yenilenmeye çok ihtiyacı var. Hilton ismini düşünerek gidiyorsunuz ama karşılığı tamamen hayal kırıklığı. Tatil yapmak için tercih ettiğim bu yer de ne bir müşteri ilişkisine ne bir istek ve ihtiyaçlara cevaplayacak yetkili bulunmuyor. Çok amatörce yönetilen bir işletme halini almış, her yer çok bakımsız her hizmet kaliteden yoksun bir şekilde karşılanıyor. Kahvaltıda masanız altından geçen farelerden peynirlerin küflü olmasından yiyeceklerde bulunan sinek ve böceklerden bahsetmemek mümkün olmuyor gerçekten vasat derecesinde bir deneyimdi bir daha kesinlikle tercih etmeyeceğim söyleyebilirim kimseye de tavsiye etmiyorum kesinlikle gelmeyin !
