Hotel is located a quite area half way from Galata Tower and Taksim square.
Great experience overall: super friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful and spacious room and last but not least an amazing breakfast with an incredible view on the Bosphorus! My wife isn’t a morning person whatsoever, nonetheless after trying our first breakfast at sunrise due to some early work to do, she couldn’t get enough of it and so sunrise breakfast became the routine of our stay at Tomtom

The Soul is in a great location - one of my favourite neighbourhoods in Istanbul. We had an upgraded room and had a good amount of space, we booked our (young adult) sons a standard room and it was a shoe box.. like hard to even open a suitcase small, so beware of that... Good value for what you get.

Great location. Just mins walk to the main stretch of the Gerome and walkable to many sites if you are willing to walk. Not as high up and steep climb up so suitable for families.
We had a great view of the entire city which looks amazing at night when the city lit up.
We were there in winter hence the roof top patio with the carpets and pillows werent set up else it will be magical.
Staff are friendly and helpful - both at reception and at the breakfast area

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Istanbul
Book for the cheapest times: The most budget-friendly time to visit Istanbul is from January to March, when hotel prices are generally lower. For an enriching experience, it's advisable to stay for at least 3 to 4 days to fully immerse yourself in the city's remarkable landmarks and cultural heritage. During your visit, you can explore a variety of historical sites, including magnificent churches, intriguing museums, and impressive monuments. Istanbul also boasts stunning architecture, charming cafes, and delightful dining options, making it a great value for money for those eager to appreciate its rich history and vibrant culture.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: When planning a trip to Istanbul, you may discover attractive hotel deals by exploring the Dealsopens in new window section on Hotels.com. For those seeking a spontaneous escape, the Last-Minute Deals area may have discounted hotels near your travel date. Furthermore, using the Smart Shopping tool available via the app, you're more likely to see a comparison of hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you remain informed about any potential savings.
Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary based on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and time of year, so being flexible with your dates could help you save on your stay in an Istanbul hotel. For those seeking unique experiences, boutique hotels might offer a more personalised touch and occasionally better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average, and if the rate is on the higher side, we may suggest more affordable dates to help you find a better deal.
Consider your location: Hotels close to the city centre typically cost more, but with Istanbul's excellent public transport links, you might find a more affordable independent hotel somewhat further afield that is still well connected. For those wishing to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby cities, there is often excellent value for money. Opting for these alternative destinations could offer a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
