We stayed at Pelangi for our honeymoon. We were greeted by a special decoration on the bed. The room is a really good size with balcony over liking the cascade pool. The grounds were magnificent and lovely to walk around. Staff were so friendly and attentive. We ate in the Pelangi grill restaurant for breakfast each day and have no complaints.

Staff fabulous, everyone is helpful and greats you with a smile. All seemed to be very well trained for their roles. The resort and particularly rooms are spotless. Bed super comfy and linen wonderful! Breakfast very good with a wide range of international cuisines catered for. Gardens/grounds are beautifully designed and maintained. Two great pools (one with swim bar) and separate discrete children’s fun area. Right on a sandy beach- although swimming not recommended currently due to jellyfish season.

Pelagi resort is an excellent choice for Langkawi. The position in front of the beach and the proximity to Cenang’s activities.Room, pools, gym and general communal areas are great. Staff is impeccable- polite and efficient. Food is very good but not amazing though although breakfast buffet is extensive in variety. Definitely we would come back should we visit Langkawi again.

Fantastic resort. First impression was that it was a bit tired in places but after looking around we loved it. Pool areas and restaurants beautiful and great landscaping. Beech very quiet. Food great and good value. Staff and service very very good. Scenic views across the water. Highly recommend this place. No negatives at all.

The grounds of the hotel were absolutely stunning and immaculately maintained. All the staff were extremely polite, approachable and friendly. Property has been renovated and is great. Rooms are VERY spread out so definitely got my steps in! Staff need to be better trained. Overall warm and helpful but could not manage a large group check in. Need better etiquette - the bartender at the Cascade pool bar yelled out to a guest when he turned up at the pool- You drank alot yesterday huh! The poor man was so embarrassed as everyone around the pool heard him. Better basic etiquette needed and with such a large resort, they need to learn how to handle big group check-in and room turnovers.
