Perfect location
Perfect location from station, just minutes walk, also close to the airport shuttle. Hotel offers complimentary drinks, snack, and supper, exactly what I need when I drop off my shoppings back at the hotel :) And the beds are so comfy too, love it.

Bedroom is in good size which can fit 3 person, and is clean and tidy. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and there are nice hotel facilities. The only shortfall is that it is not that close to the Osaka Station, and is not easy to find.

Great place to stay near Osaka Station.
We picked this hotel because our past positive experience with the same chain in Koyoto. This locate is even better just 5 mins walks to JR Umeda/Osaka station. Room is spacious, Clean, bed is comfortable. My only gripe is the pillow but that's just me and want something harder.

This is a wonderful hotel located in close proximity to Osaka Station which make transportation very convenient. Nice touches include evening cocktails with wine and Ochazuke supper. I like the public bath and facilities like washer/dryer and self-service luggage locker room. The room is clean and well equipped, adequate for two adults but a little on the small side for three.
