No pool
Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the location is optimal. Only bad thing is that their pool is closed and they don't tell you while you're booking your stay. I was sent an email a couple of days before my arrival making it difficult for me to book elsewhere. Only when you get to the hotel you'll see a sign that said that the pool is under maintenance since 2023.

Poor communication, lost power 13 hours location is ok, Washer dryer out of service detergent was taken, house keeping didn’t show for four days even when asked. beach was good watch out for foreigner price hikes. Do the location research before going. Overall it was ok. People are kind.

Lounge chairs to rent, should be in the resort service fee. Rooms was outdated. Construction taking place on the floor. Nice to have garage parking attached, of course for a fee. Had to get ice from the bar, Inconvenient. Would stay at different location next time. Not worth the fees
