Hotel staff were friendly and timely responded to our request (eg getting extra blankets). The hotel room was quiet and dark which is essential for a good night sleep. The hotel was located somewhere between two tube station and subway lines that requires a bit of walk (within 5-10 mins). There are supermarkets nearby for essentials. Overall good experience.

The surrounding area is filled with restaurants and supermarkets, and public transportation (buses and trains) is just a short walk away. For Muslim travelers, there's a large and beautiful mosque only five minutes away on foot.
