Ana was great
Booked for new year as we wanted to be together but wanted a quiet one. Lil one loved it..was spacious. I have ocd and this place was spotless take it from me more cleaner than 5* hotels up central. Ana was lovely she checked on us throughout our stay. She would text to see all is well anything i need she responded quick and was also soo quick to cater to us. Really made our stay. Booked the presidential suite. And a presidential suite it was not!. Just a slightly larger room with a table and chairs and a sofa. Had to plug the kettle in next to the bed as there were no sockets were the tea station is, only one mirror in the room and no sockets anywher near the mirror so my two daughter's and my wife couldn't straighten their hair and get ready to go out as they should be able too. And all of this cost over £600 GBP for 2 nights + breakfast + parking
