We went for a family gateway for the weekend and the hotel is good. The kids enjoy the water park and the adults enjoy the barbecue area. But there is not room service. They need to have a decal to please service room. We have fun and we’ll be back

There were bugs in the rooms that we booked. We booked 2 rooms and they both had bugs. The waterpark closed because of a storm and when the storm passed and it reopened, they did NOT reopen the slides, and my kids were extremely disappointed.
