    Enjoyed our stay!
It was great overall. Would be great to have a wash cloth/tea towel available for wiping up splatters when making coffee. Also a box of tissue would be nice.

This is our second stay at this hotel. In both occasions we were satisfied with our stay. The room was modern and clean. The bathroom was clean.

    Overnight
Was just an overnight stay. Was perfect for this purpose. Convenient location. Restaurant was good.

    Great five days.
Sadly there had been an issue with the water the day before our arrival that took more than another day to sort out. Our five night stay was fine after that - hot water in good supply - until the morning that we left when the hot water was not abundant which made for a cool start to the day. Still, staff were friendly and helpful and I have no issues other than this was a problem that wasn't sorted out properly. Still a great place to stay. Close to restaurants and fabulous views.

Water was shut off one day from noon till around 6 at night and all days after the water was only luke warm but not hot anymore. After working all day in the cold i was looking forward to a hot shower but water was only luke warm at most.

    Great hotel, convenient location
Great hotel, conveniently close to the highway and walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, retail etc. Clean, comfortable room, nicely designed. Reliable WIFI. A few minutes drive to downtown and the Hoodoo Trail. Would recommend & stay here again.

    Just okay.
Overall just okay. The hotel has a very strict checkin time of 1700hrs and were not willing to budge despite our room being clean. The front staff didn’t seem to care or have a willingness to go above and beyond. The rooms were modern and clean. Mixed opinion about having bulk shampoos and soaps during a pandemic (but I appreciate hotels trying to reduce waste). I might stay again if the price was right.

Upon arrival, we had the impression that the Hotel cared very much about keeping its patrons and staff safe. The actual hotel room was spotless and a card was left on the table telling us what had been disinfected/cleaned prior to our stay. We also found using the pool and hot tub very safe as only 3 different rooms were allowed in a one time, and when we attended there was only 1 other group with us which made it feel very private. The Table Restaurant was another highlight of the stay. We decided to do take-out for Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday. Instead of us carrying the meal back to our hotel room, the general manager of the restaurant brought us our meal ! This was completely unexpected and blew us away. And...the meal itself was absolutely delicious. On Sunday morning, we had breakfast at Table at 8:00 a.m. There was nobody in the restaurant when we arrived so it felt again like we had the place to ourselves. Our waiter, John, was incredibly gracious and friendly. He gave us lots of recommendations on hiking in the Canmore area which was, again, completely unexpected! We will definitely be back to this property in the future. Definitely recommend this Hotel to all our friends and family.
