Nice staff, easy up hill walk to mosque areas and onto crazy shopping etc. Lots of food places on hill up. Hotel on waterfront, so nice quiet walk along boulevard if you like. Small hotel, but unlike other reports my room was not small (rear)

I absolutely loved staying here; perhaps one of my most favourable experiences, ever. We had a taxi issue and they went to bat for us, getting our money back. I had a birthday and received a thoughtful card and beautiful Turkish desserts. There are even dolphins in front of the hotel… everything was on point. Great location on Sea of Marmara. Convenient to walk to all Sultanahmet sites. Access mosques, bazaars, and restaurants. Nearby restaurants are pricey (US prices)…. Pick and choose because food is variable. Hotel arranges transport to/from IST. Staff very helpful. Clean. Beware: rooms are TINY! But big enough.
