We recently stayed in this hotel after moving from another and we would definitely recommend it for anybody although it’s located close to quite a busy main road gives access to quite a few very big shopping malls with a short distance to walk, two lovely restaurants, very reasonably priced and lovely food. The staff cannot do enough to help. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Staff was accommodating, nice and professional. But the property really needs lots of maintenance and repairs. Cleaning can be a little better and more thorough.

The room was very clean and my room cleaner was very helpful. The young man at the front desk who spoke English was very good and always helpful especially when the heater knob was broken in my room and only very hot heat would come out.

We loved the rooms! Luxurious, spacious and clean daily. The hotel itself has amazing amenities and we came here to recover from surgery for the week and it made a huge difference to my recovery. Although not many restaurants nearby and the hotel food itself is really overpriced and not the best.

2/10 Poor

I would not recommend this hotel to any one I’ve been staying here for the past 4 years this year hit breaking point last Yh I had a issue with the shower ceiling paint started leaking changed room issue resolved this year I had to call reception for clean towels twice. The safe would not open had an issue had to call 3 times in the space of a hour. The shower was overflowing outside the door clearly the seals was not maintained my partner slipped on that water chipper her toe which started bleeding went to concierge for a plaster only to be told they had none left how can a hotel have no plasters left. On another issue the hairdryer had its wall socked ripped off can be missed fair I took it down to reception a new1 came but they didn’t even test it and that was not working after all these issues only thing was a sorry but nothing resolved only positive thing was the spa massage and the Chinese restaurant part of hotel everything else disgrace don’t recommend to anyone.

My stay at Wanda Vista Istanbul was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, everything reflected luxury, comfort, and attention to detail. The property itself is beautifully designed, with modern elegance, spacious rooms, and top-tier amenities that truly elevate the experience. What made my stay especially memorable, however, was the exceptional service. particularly from the receptionist, Suleyman Civan Taner. Suleyman went above and beyond in every possible way. His professionalism, warm hospitality, and genuine care for guests are truly rare. From a seamless check-in to ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect, he demonstrated an incredible level of dedication. He was always attentive, respectful, and ready to assist with a smile, making me feel not just welcomed, but genuinely valued. It’s people like Suleyman who transform a great hotel into an unforgettable experience. His outstanding service, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence deserve special recognition. I highly recommend Wanda Vista Istanbul to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, paired with world-class service. I will definitely be returning.

Everything is outstanding. Everyday the clean the room, the room is so comfortable. But the only problem is that there is nothing around such as cafes restaurants and it is far from the city. The hotel does have their own restaurant but the price is the food are too high. They do not have a separate cafe with cakes or some snacks to enjoy

Hotel staff is very helpful and nice. Only problem is our room was not ready and we waited more than 2 hours after check in to get to our room. I booked the hotel couple weeks ago. If you have available rooms to book for that days, you need to make it ready for that time. 2 hours is a lot when you traveling with kids. Especially if you have flight after few hours.

6/10 Good

The hotel was nice, rooms are overall clean. The facilities for kids are nice. They could place some more beds at the pool. The staff is not that friendly as expected from a 5 star hotel. They don’t laugh or say a friendly hello or good morning. Maybe a class in communication skills for the staff would be a good option to maintain the 5 stars.

This property is beautiful and clean. The bathroom in my room was so beautiful. I was comfortable sleeping, dinning and speaking with staff. Staff was very helpful and even walked me to my room and explained everything. The cars inside the hotel are classic old school cars and adds a special touch to the decor in the hotel. I will say there were cats everywhere but nothing to be afraid of. The mall of Istanbul is very close to the hotel but I still used a car to get there. The hotel is a good distance away from the airport so I’d recommend renting a car which I did. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Mixed views on this hotel but lovely rooms

Firstly, the room itself was perfect, comfy bed, tasteful decor and lots of extra stuff like an iron, fridge, smart tv, hob, however no cutlery or pots so you couldn't use hob or oven. The service was mixed, room was left open by cleaners and it didn't even get cleaned, air con wasn't working properly and had to keep calling reception for towels, cleaning the room, fix air con etc Restaurant service wasn't great, but porters were lovely, reception staff average. Not much to do in the area apart from shopping malls but hotel has a nice swimming pool and spa area. Roof top swimnig pool not looked after and needs maintenance asap. Stayed 4 days would of stayed longer but no restaurants to walk to so left early.
