Best hotel in Seoul! The staff, room, cleanliness, customer service was next level!! It made our experience in Seoul perfect and special for my father and I. The beds were super confortable too, slept like a baby! If and when I come back I will stay at the Lotte Hotel Seoul! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable hotel with well appointed rooms. Staff was lovely - very helpful, polite & responsive. Location was fantastic with indoor access to the Lotte Mall and Food Avenue. Restaurant in the hotel was quite pricey for the quality, but there are plenty of options nearby. Easy walking distance to Myeongdong night market.

Spectacular Lotte Hotel
Just a spectacular property. There was a construction going close to the building and we were moved to top floor massive suite!

I stayed in executive tower. The service and reception was outstanding. The room was beautiful and was 120V ready so I don’t need a converter. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were phenomenal. Since I was in the heart of Seoul and Lotte shopping mall, everything was so convenient. The subway was on the corner of the street or you can have direct access through the hotel! Shopping and dining galore!!
