So glad we stayed at the Lotte hotel in Seoul. So convenient to the subway and transportation, and there was a lot to do in the area. Opulence and Convenient

Hotel was opulent with outstanding views if you're on a high floor. Staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Located near many attractions. Including a mall with an extensive food cart connected to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing from the minute we got there from front desk all the way through the minute we left! There is absolutely to dye for upscale food court in the basement level and 8 story luxury shopping department inside the hotel! The pool and spa are top notch. Can’t wait to go back .
