We had a man knock at our room.door at 12:35 am and then again at 4:30 am. We called front desk and noone answered. The next morning we went to file complaint and the front desk clerk said the area has a lot of homeless people and drugs. She sdvised that she had gone to the restroom and was terrified because a homeless was in the hotel restroom and the homeless person was high on something. How can a hotel representing Hilton not have security 24/7? We also had an issue with a private parking company this Hotel uses. Thankfully after many emails the parking issue was resolved.
