Extremely rude managers on duty. The lady did not want to come out of her office and speak to the guest who requested refund of one night only due to hurricane issues. She pretended to be on the phone and made front desk employee let us know she is not willing to issue a refund. I understand managers are not supposed to speak to each guest, but just how unprofessional her behavior was completely shocked me. We stayed 2 nights and third night we had to cancel, at 2:30pm, was not even that late. She didn’t want to help at all. I even offered to deduct late check out fee and refund the rest. Also, when we checked in, the room was dirty, they had to send his keeping to vacuum the hairs, Al clean the bathroom floors, etc. we did not complain or requested anything. I don’t want to think that is the policy of Marriott. To be so unprofessional for 1 night refund under hurricane times. Ridiculous!
