We arrived to a friendly welcome by the staff at check in. We are a family of 4 and stayed in a room with 2 double beds. The room was spacious and clean, the shower was good. The hotel is a short walk into the centre of Banff although the hotel provided free bus passes if we didn't want to walk. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Hotel Car park was convenient (underground).

Spent a fantastic 5 days here and can’t wait to return. Room was clean and spacious with all basic amenities provided. Particularly loved the Rocky soap, shampoo etc which we were able to purchase at the store in town. Conveniently located Roam bus stop located a few meters away and for the two organised tours we took the pick up was right out front. Easy stroll into town but bus passes are also provided by reception for Roam transit which was great. We enjoyed using the hot tub/pool daily aswell as the small gym which is the only thing we felt could be improved on as there is just one bike, one treadmill and some weights. We ate at the Keg restaurant at the hotel twice aswell as having drinks at the bar. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this property.

We literally loved this hotel. Ours was a splendid, yet tiresome trip with motorbikes and we felt really rested in this hotel. We felt home. The hotel provides indoor parking with no extra charge. All hotels are in walking distance to city center including this one. Most of the tours have a stop right in front of Caribou. The hotel provides a ticket for free, for public transportation. We did not use, yet was nice to have. The staff were both friendly and professional.

Loves it all. And the underground parking included in the stay also the free bus pass that’s takes pretty well anywhere you want to go. The keg was a nice addition also. Didn’t have to leave the hotel to have a great meal. Would stay there again

This is a beautiful hotel! However, the room locks need to be updated. I had to visit the front desk seven times for a new key. Also, visitors should know there is no air-conditioning. We were inconvenienced by the smoky air from regional wildfires entering our room at night with the window screens. The staff and hot pool are excellent, and we will consider returning.
