super cute little hotel! everything was good except for some garbage (cigarette butts and an empty bottle) we had on our balcony when we got there, as well as a dirty wall in the bathroom and dirty curtains. front desk staff were very friendly when we checked in and throughout our stay.

The hotel is clean and very basic good for a one nighter. Disappointed in the noise of people running down hallways and yelling. I don’t feel they addresses that soon enough

Was good, no upgrade offered, was a lot of noise the first night, apparently the couple making the noise were charged extra $$ but no upgrade or credit was offered to us.

Renee at the front desk was amazing as well as the evening girl with the long dark hair and dark skin. Renee had no problem at all executing my requests and thinking off her feet also informing me about loyalty programs (so I will come back) This one is bright. You need to keep her

terrible service and awful experience! when we checked in, the front desk told us we could park our car in the underground parking lot. she asked about our car model. I told her it is a highlander SUV, she said, you can make it. then we drove our car into the underground, though there is sign showing the notice about the height, but our SUV did not touch the hanging bar at the entrance, so we kept on moving in, when we drove through, our car hit a concrete beam, our roof rack is completely demaged. when I talked to the front desk and manager about the incident, they just said they told me to cautious, it is low. they are not responsible for this. we can see many scars on that beam, apparently many car had same experience as we did. and when we had the accident, one guy passed by, he tried to help us, when he got to know that the reception told us to park here, he said they should not told you that, this beam is especially low. it is their property, they know it well, but they gave you wrong instruction, then they refused to take any responsibility. it is not decent at all. I am very disappointed. it is our first time in this hotel, I am sure I will never stay again. definitely not recommend it!

I had a good 2 night stay, though I did not sleep well. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and pillws were too soft. The room wasn't cleaned during my stay, the garbage was full after first night. Front desk staff were very friendly. Room was a decent price so pretty good for the rate. Nice location close to downtown.
