only available sleep. No microwave
Everything was great. The only thing was that we were expecting to have an indoor slipper but didnt get any. But that’s okay.
Best hotel for the money in Banff. Fireplace, great beds, clean and close to Main Street Banff
The hotel is in a good location, we had a roof top one bedroom suite, views were nice the room was good there’s a microwave, toaster, fridge, dishes and cutlery for 4 people. The fireplace was really nice after a long day hiking. The bathroom was nice large but very cold the heating didn’t warm it up at all, we had a king bed it was ok comfort wise a little soft for us. The suite was a little dusty and there were cobwebs on the ceiling, the floor wasn’t to clean either there was spills by the balcony door from the previous guest. Due to COVID the hot tubs were closed which was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel, they did look nice though.
This is my favourite place to stay when in Banff. With two large hot tubs and a small swimming pool. Banff shopping is close at hand with the location of The Moose.
It was a great stay
We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Moose hotel. Early check in, attentive service, the best ever very ergonomic room design - very ergonomic. Nice Xmas decorations,
Was a good stay!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Our check in was quick and friendly, heated underground parking was large and accessible to elevator to hotel. Our room was very cozy with a lovely gas fireplace . We made good use of the kitchen which was very well equipped we ate in our whole stay . The bedroom was spacious with a lovely king bed , very quiet and comfortable with a large ensuite. The hotel is perfectly located to downtown and grocery store which is great, park the vehicle and walk.
