First room that was givev to us wans not fulley cleaned as there was small bits of trash left in the room. We were the assigned a different room and when we went to get into our room later we were locked out and had to get a new key which made us for our event. The breakfast was also not the greatest as the food seemed under cooked.

When we checked into our room, we found it wasn’t what we requested. Rather than two double beds, we got one large bed. We needed two beds as I have sleep apnea. The error was corrected by booking us into the right room

I had booked a one queen bed room(upgraded). Well the room was not what i was expecting. There was two double beds and the bathroom was tiny. I went to talk to guy at the desk and he informed me there was no one queen rooms left so they put us in this room and he was very unhelpful. Told me it was booked through a third party so he couldn't move me again to which I replied, You moved me around into this room without my permission so that seems unfair. My husband and I had to sleep in different beds and I will not be staying here again.

We paid $285 and the pool was small with no slide and the breakfast was terrible. A tasteless pork Pattie an egg that was not good breakfast potatoes that were not cooked enough and the waffles were good but slow to make and it was very busy. No one was tending to the breakfast room regularly. The toaster was only toasting 1 side of the bread. The rooms were nice small bathroom and the toilet seat was loose and the staff was amazing
