If you are looking for a quiet place to stay: it is a bit loud between the walls. Can hear other guests talking. Depending on where your room is located - can also be noise from the street. Reception polite and friendly depending on the receptionist. I was a bit disappointed in regards to service, manners, and professionalism. This seems to depend on each person and how they choose to greet you. However, if you are looking for a central hotel with a good standard, and do not mind some noise and not looking for the best service at all times, then I recommend this hotel. It was very convenient and easy to find. Breakfast was very delicious.
Pros: location, comfy bed, varied breakfast buffet, Rituals products in room Cons: though some receptionists were super service minded others were quite the opppsite, central location can also mean a bit of traffic noise, Covid-19 restrictions mean a time slot for breakfast
Amazing hotel in the heart of Oslo. Excellent service, nice and clean rooms and world class location
Tha staffs was really amazing. The place was close to malls, restaurants and the tram. I stayed for one night, but I will definitely book here again!
My favourite hotel in Norway. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious room. Perfect :)
easy access to central station, within walking distance to all of Oslo’s hotspots, and the staff is more than willing to help.
Perfect location, clean and comfortable
Perfectly situated for the tourist, but be aware if you go for one of the 'Moderate rooms' they are tiny and have absolutely no storage. The breakfasts though are epic! one of the best buffet breakfasts I have ever had!
Excellent location Good amenities nice pool area. In general I will recommend
From the second i walked in, it was breathtaking. The rooms design and cleanliness was amazing.
