Staff was super friendly and check in was quick and easy. The place was quiet and spacious. However, the cleanliness wasn’t the best… the carpet was dirty, lots of marks and the wooden floors and walls. The bathroom wasn’t fully prepared when he arrived. It was nice little things could have made it a prefect shower gel missing request replace was told okay, then when we return to our room that evening it had not been replace called again was told they ran out but can bring up some bar soap. I was disappointment especially with a hotel on this magnitude our side table in the room was sticky maybe not wiped not sure both again it's the little things that set the great hotels apart with the special touched. The breakfast was great, front desk nice friendly, bed comfortable relaxing. would stay again. great location.
