Located right across the street from the station, great for is within walking distance. If you need a room just to sleep in is a great budget option.

Some staff were nice, and some not so friendly. Air conditioner leaked, and a little dirty in the room. For the price, its ok. I don't recommend this hotel chain.

Arrived early but front desk wouldn’t let me leave my bags while I walked around. That immediately made me hate this hotel.

Ok so opted to stay here to enjoy golden gai night life. Complaint 1: Checked in on a friday and woke up saturday morning as the staff began cleaning at the other units at 8:30am prior to check out (10am) very annoying.
Other complaints:
2) Near a fire hall (noisy)
3) actually pretty far for shinjuku action
4) single elevator for 11 floors and 100 units
5) water leak around AC unit caused pooling water on head board and my phone was soaked
I would advise to stay elsewhere, it not worth the cost regardless of how cheap it is.

Overall it was fine but the bathroom would have gained from being better kept. The shower curtain was stained with mold and the exhaust fan also had mold.

The manager was very rude when checking us in, we were not impressed at all! The shower and bath were disgusting and the drain clogged leaving grey water in the tub.

Bathroom was overflowing. Mould on bathroom curtains. They allowed me to use another room but the bathroom curtains were also stained. We had to go to another hotel the very first night.
