Nice hotel in Kowloon Hong Kong
Very convenient hotel, near to mass transit, buses, walking distance to good restaurants and shopping centres, friendly hotel staff, we got free canned pop drinks, available appliances include electric kettle, fridge, hair drier, air-con in good shape. Bed linens clean but changed every few days, elevators do not go to ground floor, escalators are halted after 10 pm are the only short-comings —— comments given by a couple who has lived in HK before

It was my one of my favourite hotels at Hong Kong. They recently implemented an illogical arrangement for no room services including cleaning, and supplies replenishment for the first 3 days of your stay. You have to call for supplies such as toilet paper and water. They will not replenish them for you unless you call. They do not provide the trash bag nor collect the garbage for you. The front desk said that this arrangement will last for next few months. Cannot stand the pile up trash and garbage in room for 3 days. I cancelled my other 2 bookings.
