It was a lovely overpriced.. but it was a LARGE facility with Decent Rooms and good cleanliness.!!! It actually smelled decent / Good when the Helpful and friendly Cuban Desk attendant educated me on the property, showed me a room and even shared his story along the walk!! Great for our use
We stayed here for an overnight hotel layover. It’s nothing fancy but it was great for what we needed! The staff was very kind, promptly got us a crib for our baby, the shuttle drivers we had were great, and the area felt safe, my husband was able to easily walk and get us to go food nearby. Was really hoping to swim but the pool was not heated and it was freezing. It was one of the main reasons we chose that hotel. Was convenient to the airport and some downtown restaurants. Was hoping to find a gluten-free option at breakfast but found none. Room was clean and good size and the bed was comfy.

The walls were very dirty. The bathroom door had holes in it. The toilet would flush right. It was very load and we could everything that was going on outside the front door. I would not recommend this hotel. The only good thing was the maintenance man that came to fix the television was very nice.

The hotel, surprisingly, was quite mediocre. It feels like it’s simply needs renovation. The shuttle service from the airport was absolutely horrible. I had to wait an hour for pick up, which was at 11:30 in the evening. I won’t stay here again.
