My stay at Coral Springs Resort was amazing and very relaxing. The food on the other hand was very disappointing. The best food at the resort was at the children's water area. Their restaurants that you ordered at took forever to serve your food. Late night dining was very disappointing. The entertainment was lacking and the pools closed before 6pm. The drinks and the service was amazing. The staff was very attentive and i enjoyed every interaction with them. I would return again with my family because the overall experience was great.

My stay was amazing. Room was everything and more. All restaurants were a vibe and good. My privilege stay was even better, top shelf liquor and my butler Shaome was on top of everything I needed and requested. My first time out the country and will be back. Only thing I did not like was no hotel shuttle it’s $70 each way and I was alone so that’s an extra fee I didn’t expect. Taxi cost too much to leave resort makes you not want to do anything on the island. As a woman by myself I did feel safe at all times at the resort.

Beautiful stay
We just enjoyed a 5 night stay. Friendly staff. Excursions booked were reasonably priced and fantastic fun! All the drivers in Jamaica were so friendly and full of knowledge and history. We upgraded to the Privilege package. That was well worth getting 24 hr room service and upgraded dining restaurant along with a Privilege guests beach area. The food was above average for resort food. The bars are generous with the alcohol and very good service. Guest services checked in daily (when we weren't away on excursion) to see how we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. Cons - very minimal. We would definitely return! Towel service from housekeeping was not good. Only left bath towels. No hand towels or wash cloths left. Ran out several times and response to getting additional was a no show one night and late another night. Bell man no show on check out day to assist with bags.

2/10 Poor

The beach is a puddle - up to your waste maximum(!!!) & terribly rocky shoreline - they really hurt. Inside: bathroom door came off its hinge, a lot of stuff needs repair (jacuzzi motor didn't work - and they fixed so "well" that my 5 year old got hurt from its force and we never used it again! Hair dryer turned on for a whole minute etc.) Maintenance shows up after 2 hrs. The water park is great and the pool is fine but my most issue was the service - I am sorry - this is lack of service. The staff is entitled beyond words and act like you are the staff and they are the guests. Example: grill bar opens at 11 but they just come out, take their sweet time (as with everything) for 20 mins while people wait, they start very slowly cutting things, laying out utensils and saying to you after about 15 mins of wait "we are not open just yet". But they swarm you asking to bring you a drink from the free bar (which has third rate wine etc) because they want tips and only US $. I saw the country and I get it, they are suffering, but to project that into attitude to guests who work all year and pay a lot for this "paradise" is WRONG. Prices in the gift shop - WOW - prepare to be blown away. Toothpaste $15, floatie for your kid $32-42, bag of chips $18 (we got a 5 year old who wants them)... and if you want to buy normal alcohol - pay $75 for $15 wine! Get up at dawn to get a sunbed or it's gone.
