About this apartment
Apartment on the 1st OG / WZ with large sofa bed for 2 people, reading corner and Smart TV. Two bedrooms, the large with box spring bed 200x180 and desk, the smaller with two single beds / travel cot and a high chair is also available. Kitchen with washing machine, ceramic hob and oven and all appliances for everyday use. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Separate toilet. Roof loggia to stay outside. There is also a large storage room in the apartment, where you will find drying racks / irons, etc. We can be reached via the A 81 or A 8 in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a district of Sindelfingen about 6 km. To Stuttgart or airport / fair about 30 minutes away by car. A train runs from Ehningen towards Stuttgart, airport / fair every 20 minutes. For everyday needs you will find various shops, banks, pharmacies and doctors in the center. On 15-16. 6.2019 the international pottery market will take place here, one of the largest in Germany. From the end of September to the beginning of October, the Oktoberfest takes place in Stuttgart / Bad Cannstatt, the second largest folk festival after Munich. From the end of November to December 23, one of the largest and most beautiful Christmas markets in Stuttgart will take place, which attracts many guests from far and near.

Der Vermieter ist super nett. Kommunikation vorab und während des Aufenthaltes war sehr gut. Nicht zu beanstanden. Wir hatten alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Großzügige Wohnung - toll für Familien
Wir hatten sehr angenehme Tage in der schön ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Kinder waren begeistert von Trampolin und Pool. Abends konnte man den Tag wunderbar in der Loggia ausklingen lassen. Sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer Vermieter! Einzig ein Geschirrspüler hat gefehlt - wir kommen trotzdem gern wieder.

Entspannter Kurzurlaub in schöner Ferienwohnung
Wir waren für fünf Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben die Zeit wirklich genossen. Die Wohnung ist schön, wirklich groß für vier Personen, prima aufgeteilt und vor allem super ausgestattet. Es ist zwar leider keine Spülmaschine da, was uns aber nicht wirklich gestört hat, aber dafür wirklich mit vielen Kleinigkeiten ausgestattet, mit denen wir gar nicht gerechnet hatten (von Handtüchern über Gewürze bis zur gefüllten Obstschale). Ganz lieben Dank nochmal dafür, wir kommen sicher nochmal gerne wieder!
