Less than basic.

You expect the bare minimum with a CABINN, however, this was below parr. Bed was comfy and sufficient as was the bathroom, albeit incredibly small. No hairdryer inclusive, you have to pay extra depending on room. The noise was awful, especially at the weekend. Sound proofing was good between rooms but the noise of the doors banging from other residents was not. Location was good.

Worn, scruffy and smelly

The place is worn, and not properly cleaned. In my ‘apartment’ (room with fridge and microwave) the bathroom sink drain was blocked, and the sink in the ‘kitchenette’ had water leaking out around it so the table was constantly soaked. The room and the corridors were scruffy and smelly. I can not recommend this place.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience in my life!!

Usually I don't care to share hotel reviews, but I'll make special exception for Cabinn Copenhagen as the public and tourists must be warned before booking at this despicable place. There's too many issues to cover in this limited space, so will try to lowlight (actually highlight, but they don't deserve for me to use this word due to their lowest quality or standards) Day 1: Walked in with many guests standing around waiting with long waiting queues (even after I checked in online but had to wait to fix some problem in their system) - some guests memtioned waiting almost 1 hour * Chairs at check in area were so dirty and stained that people chose to stand and wait as they can not sit in the gross seats * Bathroom very tiny and not suitable for family or seniors * Sink area very small and impossible to move aroun * Shower not properly partitioned and water splashes all over with serious risks for accidents. * Toilet seat always wet and we had to share this claustrophobic toilet/bath * There is no tissue holder and it gets wet all the time! * We traveled with 75 year old mom, and she was scared from falling. I brought this serious matter to Front desk and if I can get any partial refund for 4 nights booked and we'll gladly move out and go elsewhere, but they flatly refused. Day 2 (night): Found feces in one of the many overcrowded elevators (surely unhappy guest). Day 3: We threw away our 4th day booked and moved to better place in the city center on the 3rd ni

Her kommer vi aldrig igen. Sjældent har jeg været vidne til så ringe service, og mangel på oprydning og rengøring. Selve værelset var så fint, det var pænt og rent - heldigvis! men ude foran hotellets indgang, er der lagt op til at man kan sætte sig med en kop kaffe, en øl og sådan, men det lignede en svinesti. Der stod tomme spiritusflasker, tomme øldåser, vinflasker mv. overalt på bordene, askebægrene blev ikke tømt osv. Det var så ulækkert og slet ikke indbydende. Morgenmaden koster 125 kr. pr. person pr. overnatning, hvilket i bund og grund er en fair pris, men den morgenmadsbuffet var af værste skuffe, og vi stod i kø i en evighed for at komme til. Simpelthen spild af penge, hvis du spørger mig. Prisen taget i betragtning for vores ophold, så ville jeg ønske, at vi havde valgt et andet sted.

Vi var på hotellet på en travl dag. Der var mange kasser og flere folk bag dem, men kun en person tog sig af gæsterne, så det gik meget langsomt. Checkin er kl. 15.00 og self checkin automaterne åbner først præcis klokken 15.00. Selvom der var meget lang kø kl. 14.55 blev der stadig ikke checket nogle folk ind ved receptionen. Det er tydeligt dette er et budget hotel, så forvent ikke det vilde service. Fint rent på værelset.
