El personal que me atendió tiene una actitud de servicio pésima, son despotas el joven que me recibió en la tarde me quería cobran impuestos siendo que hoteles ya me había puesto el total, y la señorita de la mañana no me quería dar el pase para el desayuno que porque mi habitación no lo incluía en general el trato fue pésimo y para rematar el agua de lavamanos salió muy sucio tenía laman negra en general no recomiendo el hotel !!!!
