The hotel was really clean and organized. The Front Desk staffs were cheerful and accommodating. Kudos to Ricky as breakfast attendant very welcoming, kind, and friendly. Free hot breakfast was EXCELLENT. It was a short trip but the experience of staying in this hotel was unforgettable. I would stay here again on my next visit in calgary. :)

Hotel was clean and tidy. Service was good and staff was friendly. Location is very easy to access off the Deerfoot. It’s great to have a pet friendly hotel. Stairwell was kept clean and had great access to the grass area for the dog. However, there was no garbage located at the stair exit when taking the dog out to do his business ... had to walk all the way back to the front entrance.
