Good location and easy to get to from Haneda for a family of four with adult children. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but not as spacious as it looked in the photos. The staff was wonderful. There is a supermarket, Daiso and Family Mart steps away from the hotel and many restaurants nearby. Options for dining is limited on Sundays because many restaurants close early or are not open at all. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Functional hotel which was generally comfortable albeit a little dated looking and easily accessible to Osaki station. Lawsons right at the 3rd floor entrance of the hotel as well as a really lovely cafe just down the escalator from the Lawsons. Value-for-money. Would recommend to others.

Reasonably Priced Well-situated Hotel in Tokyo

This hotel had a great location literally steps outside the JR Otani station. It provided easy access to Shinjuku, Shibuya and elsewhere on the Yamanote Line, and to Yokohama. Hotel was a bit dated and no free breakfast. This was okay as it was as advertised. Hotel was especially good for having options for multiple beds in a single room which is hard to find in Tokyo. The room was clean and the wifi was good. Overall, a good stay. Will consider again in the future.

Access to malls and station is very convenient. There are quite a number of restaurants, a supermarket, Daiso, Matsumoto, etc. The 24-hour Lawson is just outside the hotel. The hotel should consider changing the sofa and carpet. Look old. Also provide more electrical points.

Stay at the New Otani Inn

It is a very clean efficient business hotel. I was travelling with children and the hotel was unwilling or unable to help me reserve a taxi to travel to the airport. This was disappointing particularly as a receptionist has previously helped me to do this.

This was possibly the easiest hotel to get to in Japan that we've stayed. It was connected to the train station and part of a shopping complex which included multiple western and Japanese dining and shopping options. There's even a grocery store in the basement of the shopping complex here. Small yet stylish room with well-trained staff. The breakfast was delicious but could use improvement on the ease of moving around-both for patrons and staff. There is a narrow corridor that served multiple purposes in the worst way: it was the entrance and the exit of all patrons and staff and was also the line for drinks and food on the buffet. In the short time we were dining, there were multiple collisions among people and staff colliding with others and dropping dishes. This was the only downside of this stay but a disappointment as we prefer a more calm breakfast area. We would stay here again but probably would avoid eating in their dining hall.
