Comfortable clean hotel
Very comfortable stay, easy check in staff very helpful . Breakfast superb. Excellent service in sports bar accommodating my grandson who has numerous allergies, Grandchildren very disappointed pool area was closed as were parents as we had an overnight stay prior to flying to NZ. Was hoping to burn off children’s energy before the long flight. Overall very pleased with our short stay.

Given key to other guest's room
Not great, the hotel is very dated and feels run down and isn't worth the cost. There are a lot of better options in the area. Checked in and was given keys and a room number, the only problem was someone was already in the room! They were woken up by me trying to open the door. Returned to reception and was given a different room quickly but doesn't fill you with much confidence that the staff are particularly diligent. The reception staff seemed very indifferent to the whole situation.

Disappointing room and parking problems
Disappointing room and although followed all the protocols on parking, ended up being chased for months by their parking partner in error and threatened with court action because the hotel took multiple attempts to cancel the notice. You simply dont need that level of hassle for a night in a hotel. Stay away would be my advice

Great Airport Hotel
This was for one night as we had an early flight out of Heathrow. Great staff check in was easy, comfortable room. The staff helped us book transport to the airport as we had excess bags and the hotel transfer was not within our time of departure. Would happily stay here again.
