    Needs some serious cleaning

    This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The common area carpets are filthy, as are most of the other surfaces. Place needs some love. Also had to wait an hour and a half to have my reserved room "cleaned." No roll away beds? $4 for a candy bar? This is not a cheap hotel. There are plenty of better options in the area.

    Very good

    We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was very convenient when you’re rushing out. My only disappointment was that the pool was not heated. We picked this hotel because they had an indoor pool but the water was not heated and we were unable to use it at all.

    This property is a great location to the ballpark and many restaurants and bars. Everything was up to date, clean and service was excellent. Parking was easy and convenient. Good value for a downtown hotel.

    Great stay, little more attention though.

    The room was amazing, felt very welcoming. Staff where wonderful. The information that was verbally give was a little fast and unfortunately there was ni information in the room. My biggest complaints were with the bathroom. Found a bottle of fire ball behind the blow dryer that should have been taken out and wiped down so no reasn to miss it as it was also leaking. And second there was hair and some brown substance on the wall behind the bathtub that was easy to spot. So just taking a few minutes to check over things was needed before housekeeping left. Overall the rest of the suite was clean. Really loved staying there. The only other thing to say is that while booking the hotel it said there was valet parking but also other parking, well come to find out there is not other parking, it is valet parking only.
