NY in Berlin
The location is great, close to public transportation. Which also meant the tram line goes around the property, which can be rather loud. The apartment is as shown on pics. I was rather concerned with the negative reviews but experienced none of the general complaints myself. I also requested for an extension at midnight on NYE and received prompt response and instructions to proceed with extending my stay!

Good position/Possiblity of cooking and washing clothes in the property. I didnt like the following facts: By arrival was no toillette paper there. We had to ask for some or propably we had been expected to go out and buy some. First bed sheet had a cigarette hole. Room wasnt cleaned properly. The kitchen was never cleaned. Wall behing the cooking area very dirty propably was never cleaned ( photo available) Cleaning staff was coming only once a week to clean the room and we had the same bed sheet for 14 days and allthough according the information sheet in the room they were supposed to come a second time in the week to clean they didnt. I was told that the information sheet was old and neednt to be replaced. Then why was in the room anyway? Room was very noisy and warm. I told the reception and they said house was full and we had to stay there till the end. But in the elevator was an adverisment for a discount on the room prices. Propably not well occuppied thats why the offer? The male receptionist was rude , not willing to help the situation with the noise at all. House keeper was also unfriendly. House works regurarly with clients based on month basis who propably work near the area. Management has to consider that guests booking for 16 days or less can not be treated as those who are staying longer but as those we want to spend a little time as locals but do not want to buy brooms and mops to keep room properly cleaned.

It was the worst place i have ever stayed. Room was not cleaned when we checked in - had to wait 4 hours before it was cleaned and there was a lot of noice from traffic and just bad beds to sleep in. No bathtup as picture showed at Hotel.com. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

There is no air conditioning or amenities at this place. Asked for fans prior to my arrival and got nothing! The apartment was loud and very hot! When reaching out to staff, they said the fan maybe provided tomorrow. Ended up throwing away my booking and had to find another place to stay during the heatwave.

Comfortable, in a great location, and good facilities. The only drawback is that the rooms facing the courtyard are a little noisy because the courtyard acts like an echo chamber.

Location was excellent, great position to get around from.. no air conditioning in the room, on 3 hot nights the apartment was hot and sticky even with a provided fan. No washing up utensils, no washing liquid, cloth or drying towel, very noisy into the night with passing trams and emergency services
