Great stay at Holiday Inn, we stayed as a family for 3 nights in Berlin and loved the hotel and breakfast was great too. The customer service is okay, but the reception staff could not advise us on any restaurant recommendations which I found strange. However, there was one member of staff called Chamel Perera who went above and beyond to provide us with amazing service. He helped us so much and we were grateful to meet him. Overall the stay at Holiday Inn was great and we would recommend to all coming to Berlin.

Located 10 min walking to Checkpoint Charlie. Convenient, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was impressive and plentiful! Lots of choice. Underground parking was 25$ per night. But it was convenient. Check-in went smoothly. Room was small but perfect.

Service was poor
We booked two double room's, one with an extra bed. We arrived a little early and were checked in to the room with the extra bed as the other not yet ready. But actually the extra bed wasnt made up, so we reported this to reception. The other room was checked in but not paid for, as the receptionist said she didnt know how to do it. But we were told the room was reserved, and we could pay later. We went out for the day....but when we returned later, no double room was available only a twin. The receptionist said someone had probably changed it as they were full and she couldn't find the form we had filled in. Absolutely shocking. This reservation was made many months ago....to just be given away, even after we had registered at the hotel.
