Tiny but mighty!
Amazing hotel with a massive amount of amenities in an itty bitty living space. The view was SPECTACULAR! Sadly the spa is for no tattooed people (or only tiny ones that can be covered). I am a very tatted lady so super bummed I could not use the facility BUT the deep little tub did the trick juuuuuust fine. There is a ton of places around the walking area to go and see day and night, felt safe, super clean and if you at least try Japanese they give you a ton of respect and kindness, also I will say they had several wonderful English speakers on staff. I will absolutely stay here again next time I make it back to Japan and recommend this place to everyone!

So-so experience
It was a so-so stay. Every time I head out and come back to my room there's always something in the room (garbage, dirty floor, etc). The first night when I checked in, there was even a dirty face mask in the pocket of the hotel black jacket. That completely shocked me. Then the other nights continued to have problems and had to switch rooms 2 times in order to avoid any mess. But still to no avail. The night before I checked out, I came inside my room and found the bed had a piece of long hair on it, garbage can had garbage in it. Mirror was dirty and table was full of finger prints and water stains too. Also, some of the other guests were rude in the change room and spa area too for the hotel spa. Plus the combini area too. Pro: It's big, lots of parking space (2 levels), a big spa area, 2 Family Marts (Combinis), a few conference rooms, a gym (with treadmill, dumbbells, and excercise bike in it), lots of elevators, restaurants, outdoor pool area (for summer time & lounge chairs + shower area + fire lamps outside similar to what you see in Hawaii), huge check-in/out area, guest services, Yamato transport service, huge entrance/taxis dropoff area, many restaurants/bar in the hotel, gift shop, etc. Lastly, it's a very convenient location of the Yokohama Minatomirai area. Many hotel rooms too. Cons: Poor housekeeping cleaning services. Too many problems that force me to change rooms many times. Close to subway station, attractions, shopping malls, etc.
