Great stay.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is about a 2 min walk from Yokohama station. Very easy to transfer to any train line including the Narita express to Narita airport. Theres a 24hr family mart attached to the hotel. I had a room facing the train tracks (room 1214). With the window closed you dont hear the trains at all. The window does open for fresh air but now you have the noise from the tracks. This room has individual a/c units. So you can set the room at hot/cold as you like. Many hotels in Japan are central air and unable to get room temp. Overall great expereince. I will stay here again if im ever in Yokohama.
