Best place to stay of you like bedbugs
Extremely disappointed with our experience at Les Patios du Marais. During our stay, my partner and I discovered bedbugs in our room. We immediately reported the issue to the hotel and provided photographic evidence, but we received no response or acknowledgment.
After returning home, my partner experienced severe bedbug bites, which caused a bad allergic reaction and considerable distress. When I followed up with the hotel, not only was my initial report ignored, but my subsequent request for a partial refund was also denied. We travel to relax and enjoy our time away—not to deal with bedbugs, bites, and the inconvenience of treating and thoroughly cleaning everything we own to ensure no infestation followed us back.
This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially given the seriousness of the issue. Guests trust hotels to provide a safe and clean environment, and this experience fell far short of that standard.
I would not recommend Les Patios du Marais to others and hope they take steps to address these issues more effectively in the future.
