Hotel location is excellent and well situated for sight seeing and exploring Paris. Room was nice but tiny even though superior room. Toilet was in a separate room to shower and sink which was odd. This hotel holds so much history. It was one of the best experiences of my life. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful to all of our wants and needs. I booked this trip as a surprise for my mom’s birthday. They helped me decorate the room, find taxis, and surprise her with treats while we explored Paris. Super convenient location, it’s walking distance from almost everything (the louvre museum, Eiffel Tower, and so many stores and restaurants). The rooms were cleaned daily and the spa was absolutely amazing (it’s a must)!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Staff were wonderful. They held our luggage while we were out of the country as part of our trip. They checked us in early upon return. Room was great. Bed was extremely comfortable. Onsite cafe for breakfast and evening drinks which we did every night. We used the onsite private spa with large hottub - great for a break from many hours walking. Hotel is near the Seine and less than 10 minute walk to Louvre. We can not say enough about how great our experience was. Thank you Da Vinci Hotel!!!

Locations great but that’s it
The hotel is in a great location however the price is too expensive for what they offer. No water refills no coffee refills. The bathtub didn’t drain. The heating system had a glitch, room would be freezing cold at times. Not to mention I paid for a superior room and was placed on the first floor with no help for my luggage. When I tried to message the property for airport transportation no one answered, not even my phone calls. The breakfast buffet is very limited I recommend you try the cafes nearby. Unless you get this hotel for its location or if you get it at a discounted price. Do not recommend Worst part was the first night round 5 am There was a loud rumble sounded like someone crying and/or getting abused. This however is not the hotels fault but no one came to check out what happened it sounded like loud pounding furniture getting destroyed things slamming onto other things. It was very alarming my mother and me were very scared for the rest of our stay
