Excellent stay! Entire staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. Meghan at the front desk gets six stars! She's so helpful. Also Marcus and Jaquin (sorry for spelling of name) who helped us with our luggage are the best! Great conversation, lots of good information and above and beyond. Hotel is situated right on the beach. Beach attendants also helpful. Restaurants were all excellent. Delicious food. Shout out to Peter our bartender in Takato and Kaine our waiter at the pool grill. Lovely property but what really differentiates it from other hotels of this caliber is the staff.

Made turning 40 amazing…
I had an amazing experience. It was everything I dreamed of and more. I turned 40; they sent a complementary bottle of Champagne and a fruit bowl for me. It was very clean, staff was amazing. I did have one issue that was resolved immediately; I had housekeeping come into the room on 2 different occasions stating they thought my room was a check out. No knock on door, no door bell. I did mention it to the front desk; they took off 2 resort fees and notified house keeping management who contacted me within the hour. I still don’t have anything negative to say. I will def stay there again

Stayed at this hotel numerous times since opening last stay was prior to Covid I must say it has changed not in a good way much attention needed to detail in regards of cleaning and service will not be back and time soon

Relaxing Stay
Its was a great stay as usual. Stayed here while we had our son move into his college dorm. We had a Suv full of things, i felt comfortable valeting the vehicle. I always feel the Conrad does their best to have us enjoy our stay.
