Friendliest staff, awesome perks
The good: free drinks and apps from 5:30-7 was awesome. The staff was extremely friendly, with the exception of one lady during the breakfast buffet. My wife had asked her to clean a table (we actually removed all the plates that were there that someone left) we just needed her to wipe it down. She said why don’t you look for another table on the other side? The manager was close by and quickly stepped in and wiped it down. He was great. Location was great as well. Very close to theme parks The bad: Room was only ok. Nothing special, but not bad. Room was warm, a/c never dropped under 70. Our bathroom had a slight water running noise all night. We will definitely be back, next time with a portable fan!!

This stay did not meet our previous expectations!!
We did not have trash bags in any of our trash cans, the toilet ran constantly, breakfast was the same everyday, and we left for the day with the heater on low knowing it would be freezing when we got back (it was extremely cold outside on 12/22/24) and wanted the room to be at a comfortable temperature to take a shower but when we got back (at 11PM) the ac was on 64. Needless to say we had to wait a good 45-60 minutes for the room to warm up before showering.

Amazing!
This was amazing! From the time we checked in to the time we left we had amazing service. They had a fountain pop machine and popcorn that was free. The kickbacks were amazing with three free alcoholic drinks for adults and hot food which was enough for dinner. Breakfast was also amazing and hot. They had numerous employees making sure everything was full and hot for the guest. The amount of money we saved on food and drinks was incredible. This is our go to hotel from now on.

I enjoyed the stay. Quick and easy check-in and checkout. I was charged a $50 deposit. Free parking. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful between the hours of 6 am - 9 or 9:30 am during the week and the weekend I think starts at 7 and end at 10 am, can’t remember the exact hours. Plus you have the kickback that starts at 5 or 5:30 pm ends at 7 pm I believe, which serves food and drinks as well. So you don’t have to worry about food or drinks at those times because it was plentiful more than enough. The room was clean and smelled fresh, no carpet odor. Plus the bathroom was clean, no mold at all. Thank you Drury staff for a pleasant stay.

Unexpected service! The Drury is exceptional and the experience made our Orlando trip wonderful. The customer service is top notch and all the amenities were a surprise, the shuttle service to Universal studios, the breakfast, the dinner, yes a dinner!!!
