L’Hôtel l’Oie des Neiges à Lévis bénéficie d’un emplacement pratique et de chambres spacieuses, mais plusieurs aspects nuisent à l’expérience globale. D’abord, le confort laisse à désirer : les matelas sont vieillissants et les oreillers, trop écrasés, ne soutiennent pas adéquatement le sommeil. L’acoustique constitue un autre problème majeur : les bruits provenant de la piscine et des corridors se font facilement entendre, ce qui peut être dérangeant, surtout en soirée. L’aménagement des chambres pourrait également être revu. L’absence de coupes à vin, remplacées par des tasses ou des verres en carton, est un choix décevant qui ne reflète pas les attentes d’un hébergement de qualité. Enfin, l’esthétique générale est vieillissante et manque de modernité. L’ambiance est ternie par une clientèle parfois bruyante et des odeurs douteuses dans les corridors, affectant l’impression de propreté et de confort. En somme, malgré un emplacement avantageux, l’hôtel nécessiterait des mises à jour importantes pour améliorer l’expérience des visiteurs. Excellent family-oriented hotel
Excellent family-oriented hotel. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We booked a room with a balcony and could enjoy a nice view. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was beyond our expectations. The front-desk staff was very friendly. Our teenage kids enjoyed the pool and the spa. I do recommend this hotel.

Not the usual standard
A little disappointed, the price to travel with my cat went up by 15 dollars a day, previously it was 25 for my stay, now 40 a night. Found a bathing suit in the dresser from a previous guest, faucet on tub sprayed every direction when using show, black out curtains were starting to break down. When I arrived I was told that the couldn’t give me a pet room which made me believe that they were cancelling my reservation, until I told them I had called the day prior to confirm

The hotel was very clean, the receptionist were super friendly. We enjoyed from a clean Pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi. The room was very clean and the room temperature was adjustable. The hotel has enough free parking space.
