Great location
The hotel is at a great location, just across the street from two malls. Our jr. suite was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. A shout out to Roan who was very helpful on several occasions. She patiently answered our questions and even used her phone app to order food for us when we got back late (2x). I would skip the breakfast though. The selection were few. Surprisingly, there were few fruits or vegetables (given that it is a tropical country).

The 3 Bedroom unit we booked was very spacious, clean, and quiet. Complete with toilet & kitchen amenities. The room was not yet ready when we checked in at around 3pm and just became available 1 hour later but they made up for it by putting us first in their Lounge and offered us complimentary juice drinks. Later, after getting into the room, they also delivered a complimentary Pizza. The basement parking can also be very tricky for large cars or SUV because of the narrow ramp. But overall, we’re happy with this property.
