Small things make a big difference.
The mattress seemed old with no support. The coffee and breakfast were terrible. Cold and worse than a cafeteria. Flavored creamer would of been nice. We weren't told there was a $15 per day parking charge before we parked. We could of parked outside. There was no parking inside the gate we went out and psrked outside the gate. This seems petty but its the small things that make a difference.

The hotel was in a prime location. There was a CVS in the parking lot as well as several restaurants. We were there for a 49er game which was convenient to take a Lyft being Levi Stadium was a mile away.
