I had a very good experience! When I checked in my first room had a minor issue and IMMEDIATELY the Manager resolved the matter and switched my room she checked the new room first to ensure it was satisfactory which it was I had a view of the lake and the room was comfortable and clean. Never Again
The list is lengthy. For starters, I went into the hotel with my 4yr and the room was nasty. It smelled horrible, there were ants on the coffee bar and the shower curtain smelled of mildew. I didn’t even want to put my bags down. I called the transfer to another room and it was slightly better. The bathroom smelled like urine and there was mold around the tub. I will never stay nor recommend anyone to this hotel again. Not to mention because I cancelled my booking directly through the hotel, I am now banned from booking on Expedia again. This whole ordeal was crazy. Also, the ratings on this website is not truthful. Please do your due diligence before booking.
