Not so good! Checking in the deck people were confused. I booked 3 rooms one was ready when we got there. At 3pm when I came back to check in for the other rooms they had different people on the desk. Had to keep explaining it to them. My room was very noisy! We had a major highway outside of our window. Looked at my credit card and had 4 rooms charged to it. Wait and see now if I have to deal with this issue when we return from our cruise.

Our rooms were clean, though pretty outdated and not quite matching up with expectations from the photos. We also couldn't sleep due to the loud highway noises and old air conditioning unit. They offer free breakfast, and the front desk was friendly and efficient.

Front desk staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Since they are the fave of the hotel, that doesn’t make for a very pleasant experience. We had to move rooms because the heat wasn’t working. Also not done in a pleasant manner.

Pre-Cruise Stay
Always a nice place to stay before a cruise. One thing that we agree needs to be updated is the bathrooms. They are very small and the door barely clears the toilet. Also, having the sink out near the sleeping area makes it hard quietly get ready while others are sleeping. Breakfast is always crowded and chaotic, but that is typical of every hotel of this size. Elevators are busy in the morning with everyone racing off to their shuttles to the ships or airport, but that is to be expected. Other that that, the staff is friendly and the property is always clean.
