Las instalaciones muy bien, el departamento limpio, ordenado y muy agradable. Atentos por que hay muchas restricciones o recomendaciones que si no se atienden terminan en sanciones económicas. El check inn se complicó un poco, para acceder al departamento me solicitaban el nombre del edifico (son dos) y el número de departamento, los cuáles no los tenía yo aún, debieron de llegarme a mi correo, cosa que sucedió 30 minutos después de el horario oficial para el check inn, afortunadamente había un representante de Maya que nos informó y nos guió al departamento, pero, no pudimos acceder a el de inmediato, ya que estaba siendo aseado, por lo que tuvimos que esperarnos 20 min, pudiendo entrar a las 3:20 PM. Haciendo a un lado estos contratiempos, todo lo demás estuvo muy bien. Para moverte al Malecón de Puerto Vallarta, considera que harás 45 min aproximadamente, ya que hay obras en el trayecto que retrasan el traslado. La Terraza/Alberca del edificio, muy bonita y confortable, te recuerdo, atiende las indicaciones de uso de las instalaciones.

El departamento y el edificio en general es muy Bonito, y el control del ruido es muy bueno, la zona de terraza muy bonita y la alberca templada y limpia, también el área de niños es muy entretenida para los chiquitos, sin embargo tuvimos varias situaciones desagradables durante nuestra estancia de 4 noches, la principal es la limpieza en general del departamento, la ropa de cama estaba manchada, así como las toallas y el baño de la recámara principal, uno de los colchones esta en malas condiciones y le pusieron una cubierta o protector, que cuando duermes toda se mueve y enrolla, por otro lado los utensilios de cocina igualmente sucios. Nunca tuvimos agua caliente en la regadera y la salida de agua era muy poca y fría, se les avisó desde el inicio de nuestra estancia, fueron un día a revisar sin lograr hacer nada y la última noche de estancia fueron a arreglar, cuando evidentemente para nosotros ya era intrascendente que fueran arreglar, más Cuando de alguna forma intentamos mediar el problema con nuestros niños, usando agua caliente de la cocina, donde salía sin problema. Comunicarse con los administradores del departamento es un tema, por que tienes que insistir varias veces y parece que no se comunican entre ellos, cada que hablaba yo tenía que explicar el Problema.

The building and unit are in very good condition and very nicely appointed. Rooftop terrace and pool are very nice. The unit itself was very nice, beds very comfortable. There is a small sewage treatment plant next door but we experienced 0 smell or issues from it. Some good restaurants and bars a block away. We had a rental car so location was nice and central for the areas we wanted to visit. Parking was very good and secure. Clean, modern dependable elevators.

The property is clean, safe and beautiful the unit where we stayed in the Siena tower was awesome with all the needed amenities, the pool area has a great view of Nuevo Vallarta, the dinner is clean and well planned, the whole complex feels safe, clean and secured, all of the respectful crew thar work in the complex including the security team at the gate really work hard to make you feel like family, We will definitely be back when in Nuevo Vallarta, Thank you Lupita you are a beautiful woman and Jesus keep up the good work.
