This place is very good to spend a couple of nights. We had a little issues with communication, but hotels customer service helped and fixed it.
I would recommend anyone to contact the hotel 24 hours in advance just to make sure everything will be ready.
I would stay there again and totally recommend it

Small but adequate for overnight!
For the price in Sedona this is a great place for the night- I would not stay here longer than two nights at the most. Great location and really was wired but super small for too long of a stay. Sedona is great for being outside- they tried to have sitting areas outside but they were old and dated and I did not feel comfortable outside. The room was clean and bed was a little hard but definitely not bad. No room to have an easy chair to sit in, small table to work at and it was quiet so for this price you can’t beat it in Sedona!

Hot tub not heated.
The room was clean, we got a text by noon giving us the room number and code to enter at 3 p.m. No one is on the property to sign you in. The property advertises a hot pool and bathrobes, the hot tub wouldn't heat and no robes.

The room was clean, the fridge was cold. One bed was broken, room light didn’t work, ice machine broken, TV didn’t work. No staff on premises and completely unresponsive to texts. No fan in bathroom and window screwed shut due to evidence of suspected break in. This is a $59/nt motel and had I paid that I would not be complaining. At over $200/nt it is absolutely unacceptable.

Arrived to find there is no front desk, everything is remote from a text message which is fine if the hotel personnel answered. We stayed from Friday to Tuesday and never once was the room cleaned or were fresh towels provided even after texting hotel and receiving a response that it would be done. I was told I had a do not disturb sign on the door which I did not and it would be impossible to have one anyway because it doesn’t fit on the door handle. Room was kinda dirty and falling apart. House keeping leaves the tvs on in unoccupied rooms on full volume so you can hear it all night through the wall. Pics included, dirty sheets, etc.

Simple and Affordable
Smooth check-in and check-out process, it’s all contactless so there’s no need to worry about getting info from a receptionist (there isn’t one but they do respond by phone call promptly). They will send your room details to your phone number right before it’s time to check-in.
The location is in a prime spot of Sedona, closely located to almost everything you can imagine!
The room was good, the shower water was hot, and there’s a small fridge and microwave to use in the room, as well as a TV!
I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to Sedona. Easy and affordable!!

The rooms need to update and the bathroom sink and toilet are very low to the ground and I am 5 feet and 1 inch. The mattress was to firm.

This is a 1 star motel at best. Property pics are misleading. Tiny, dirty outdoor seating facing a fence to a residential property. Chair swing is dirty and the fabric ripped. Beds are uncomfortable. No usb lamps or even bedside table. Very old property. No one onsite in the office. Difficult to contact anyone. We helped a couple who didn’t get their access code finally get someone to help them. The person on the phone gave them the code to the lock box with all of the keys without even asking their name or verifying their reservation!

Never again!
I had an allergic reaction to a smell in the room! I could not stay! I was there less than an hour! My eyes turned red and swelled up and I got a headache. I don't know if it was from cleaning solutions or bug spray. Should be refunded the room fee!

Was really looking forward to the hot tub. Just tracked the Grand Canyon. The hot tub has been closed down by the health inspector. Appears to have been closed for a while. I would not have booked this place if I had known the hot tub was not in service
