Pros: Great location (across the street from a metro stop and a college, so tons of shopping/dining options). The rooms were spacious and clean with lots of amenities. TONS of storage. Good food options in the building too if you don't feel like leaving. Cons: No laundry detergent provided, no instructions in English for how to use laundry machine or microwave. We had a super spacious family suite but for sleeping arrangements, there were two full beds put together for 3 people and a third single bed wheeled in for the 4th person, which made the bedroom a little crowded. We asked for early checkout the night before, and they said we could stay as long as we needed to for an extra $8/hour, but then the next morning they told us we had to be out by noon, which was a little inconvenient. Front desk people were nice but very little English spoken here.

The hotel is within a block of 2 subway stations and next door to a large mall with restaurants and a theater. It is a 15 minute walk to the Han River and Ttukseom Park. The staff was so helpful with any requests. There is a convenience store downstairs for any last minute needs. The suite was huge with endless storage. The washer dryer was so convenient and easy to use. The only drawback was the air conditioning unit. It plays a chime every time it turns on and off. This woke me up all night long. In the bedroom, the AC controls have a blue light that comes on. It is very bright. Between that light, the red flashing light on the emergency pull and a red light in the ceiling, it felt like a disco at times.
